Multiple activities! Day 1 (Saturday 8th): Drive early morning to Great Basin. The expected time of arrival is 1 PM, (we will stop at Ely for Lunch). After we will go straight into Great Basin and we will set out to hike Bristlecone Trail. We will camp in Snake Creek Campground outside the NP to rest and cook dinner.

Day 2 (Sunday 9th): We will wake up early and will have reservations for Lehman caves (Grand Palace) at 9 AM, It should last around 90 mins. Once finished we will head to Upper Wheeler Peak trail. It will take most of our day, once finish return to camp for dinner and rest. We will be camping at a Lower Lehman Camping site (2 Available spots that will fit us)

Day 3 (Monday 10th): Return Home, Leave by 8-9 AM depending on group dynamics. Get Breakfast at Ely and drive all the way home, the expected time of arrival towards the late evening.

Distance: Carson City to Great Basin NP →386 miles (Approx 6h Drive) One way.

Wheeler Peak Trail via Stella Lake Trail →8.2 Miles →2,906 ft Elevation Gain →Out & Back

A trip you will remember for life! Did you only Great Basin National park is the only NP in Nevada? It's honestly a hidden gem, You can stargaze, check the Lehman Caves, see some of the oldest trees around (Bristlecones), and do the highest peak in NEVADA! Wheeler Peak is at 13,065ft! Join me for an adventure like no other.

For this trip let's try all to carpool! It's a long drive, I will ask everyone to pitch in for gas for those riding with others. (I might pick up people at their homes to make for ease of mind with parking in a place too long)

Penalty: If you can't make it to the event please opt out with due time. We will start implementing a penalty system going forward if you RSVP and don't show up or you RSVP but change the status on the last 2 days before the event without due notice.

Last-minute things happen or accidents, however, it's your responsibility to change your status or let us know. We constantly have a waitlist and people wanting to participate however it's not possible when people take a spot. Be kind, respectful, and responsible.

1st Penalty: Warning. 2nd Penalty: You won't be allowed to participate for a month. 3rd Penalty: You will be banned.
